TRANSHUMANISM - MINI CONGRESS

17-18th September 2021

PLACE: Forest near IŁAWA - POLAND. Around lake SILM/KAMIONKA

We will talk in an informal atmosphere about the future of humanity.

The main topic is:

Creating Synthetic Super Intelligence. Biological or digital?

We will talk about where we are and where we are going.

Or whatever you want (in the area of ​​transhumanism and futurology).

If you wish, prepare your speech. There will be no projector, so you can give participants what you want to tell them, in the form of A4 sheets, in a document sleeve (so that it does not get wet). Or just come listen and talk. (Polish or English)

Additionally, we provide free Slavic Coke. You don't know what it is because it is the new name of a traditional drink. For now, we can only reveal that it has about 2% alcohol and is made according to our own recipe.

We also have free walks in the forest, i.e. forest baths, which will strengthen your immune system and relieve stress. 

The weather in September is usually still very pleasant, and as there aren't many tourists anymore then the area is simply lovely.

I especially invite people who live close. This is the first edition and it is far from the global momentum. But if you want to come from the other end of Europe or from another continent, we will be all the more pleased.

Due to possible covid limitations, the congress is not a formal event. Congress has no organizer. Congress is just an information that in a given place, at a given time, you will meet people interested in transhumanism. At least one person - the creator of the website www.welcomeback.space. Or someone more? Maybe.The person publishing this information (Krzysztof Kurpiecki) is not the organizer, it does not provide anything. Everyone using this information does it on their own and should comply with applicable law and social norms.

How to get there:

You can get to Iława by train from Gdańsk or Warsaw (2 hours drive).

You can get to the congress from Iława from Sienkiewicza Street. There is a roundabout at the end of this street. 15 meters from the roundabout is the entrance to the forest.

There is a small parking lot 30 meters from the entrance. You will reach the place in 15 minutes via the forest road. It is forbidden to drive into the forest by car. A larger car park is 100 meters from the roundabout. Both car parks are free and unguarded.

Accommodation: In September, you will find a lot of beds in Iława. You need help? - write to me. 

You can also put your tent in the forest for free. But there are no toilets or showers here. It's just a forest. There is a roofed area with benches and a fireplace. You are allowed to camp around SILM/KAMIONKA LAKE in a group of up to nine people and for no more than two nights in a row without the consent of the forest district office . Campers will then have to restore the place to its original condition, and first clean up the place according to the rule 'leave no trace'.

Mały Kongres Transhumanistyczny - Las - Iława (outdoorowy, w organizacji, wersja Beta)

17-18 września 2021 zapraszam do lasu w okolicach Iławy. Porozmawiamy w nieformalnej atmosferze o przyszłości ludzkości.

Temat przewodni to:

Tworzenie syntetycznej Super Inteligencji. Biologiczna czy cyfrowa?

Pomówimy o tym gdzie jesteśmy i dokąd zmierzamy.

Lub o czymkolwiek chcesz (w okolicach tanshumanizmu i futurologii).

Z uwagi na możliwe ograniczenia związane z covid, kongres nie jest wydarzeniem formalnym. Kongres nie ma organizatora. Kongres jest jedynie informacją że w danym miejscu, w danej porze można będzie spotkać osoby interesujące się transhumanizmem. Co najmniej jedną osobę - twórcę strony www.welcomeback.space. Jak tu dotrzeć: Do Iławy możesz dojechać pociągiem z Gdańska lub z Warszawy (2 godziny jazdy). Z Iławy do miejsca kongresu dotrzesz z ulicy Sienkiewicza. Na końcu tej ulicy jest rondo. 15 metrów od ronda jest wejście do lasu. 30 metrów od wejścia jest mały parking. Leśną drogą dotrzesz na miejsce w 15 minut. Do lasu nie wolno wjeżdżać samochodem. Większy parking jest 100 metrów od ronda. 

Zakwaterowanie: We wrześniu, w Iławie znajdziesz dużo miejsc noclegowych. Potrzebujesz pomocy? - pisz do mnie. Możesz przyjechać z własnym namiotem. Wtedy nocleg w lesie jest za darmo. Ale nie ma tu toalet ani prysznicy. To po prostu las. Jest tu zadaszone miejsce z ławkami i paleniskiem.

Bez zgody nadleśnictwa można biwakować w grupie do dziewięciu osób i nie dłużej niż dwie noce z rzędu. Obozowicze będą wtedy musieli przywrócić miejsce do pierwotnego stanu, a najpierw posprzątać je zgodnie z zasadą „ nie zostawiaj śladów ”. W lesie może być trochę komarów, czy głębiej - strzyżaków. Na miejscu możesz bezpłatnie wypróbować repelent "Idź Stąd". To marka projektu "Leśny Przewodnik", który ma wspomóc rozwój nowoczesnej edukacji (sztuczna inteligencja, kognitywistyka, komputery kwantowe, itp.), a w przyszłości powołanie uniwersytetu w Iławie.
